Dr. Ruchi Vatwani specializes in conducting pre-operative assessments and overseeing post-operative care for adult heart transplants and LVADs in cases of end-stage heart failure. She possesses adept skills in performing peripheral vessel cannulation for cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and autonomously executing chest closure in minimally invasive cardiac surgical procedures. Currently, she is affiliated with JIET Hospital in Jodhpur.

• Surgical procedures for ostium secundum ASD, adult and paediatric sternotomies, central cannulation, putting & weaning off from cardiopulmonary bypass, conduit harvesting for CABG (Left Internal Mammary Artery, Radial Artery, Saphenous Vein) and chest closure 

• Clinical excellence and patient-centric healthcare, formulating and implementing hospital care and monitoring patients in intensive care unit.

• Pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care of adult heart transplants and LVAD’s for end-stage heart failure 

• Assisted minimally invasive CABG and minimally invasive Mitral and Aortic Valve replacements.

• peripheral vessel cannulation for cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) and chest closure in minimally invasive cardiac surgical procedures.
