Dr. Rakesh Kumar Barath is a highly skilled Surgical Oncologist with extensive expertise in complex cancer surgeries across multiple specialties. He specializes in gastrointestinal open and minimally invasive procedures such as esophagostomy, Whipple’s, total colectomy, and radical cholecystectomy. His proficiency extends to breast-conserving surgeries, MRM with reconstruction, and advanced head and neck resections, including maxillectomy and thyroidectomy. Dr. Barath also performs gynecologic oncology surgeries like HIPEC and radical hysterectomy, along with urologic procedures such as radical nephrectomy and cystoprostatectomy. Additionally, he is adept in bone and soft tissue tumor surgeries and reconstructive techniques, offering comprehensive oncologic care.
